Mullets Barber Shop is a small chain of Barbershops that started just over 2 years ago and is looking to expanding into the City of Red Deer and beyond. Our unique decore and fun environment has created a winning combination that our customers have grown to love. Mullets requires staff for our future location in Red Deer as well for the existing locations in Penhold, Blackfalds, Lacombe and Sylvan Lake. Experience:
Apprentices are welcome to apply and will start at $15.00/ hour with no experience, those with experience will be paid more and can be negotiated at the time of hire
Mullets Barbershop prides itself for paying our Jouneyperson's above average wages and you expect to start between $19.00 - $20.00/hour for those that possess the following skills
- Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques and styles.
- Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon or barbershop setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to mentor and train junior barbers.
