Job Description
New Concept Hair Studio is looking for a Hair Stylist to join our team. We are a boutique salon with a focus on the beauty and wellness of our clients. We are looking for someone who can provide the highest level of service to our clients and to be a part of our team.
Job Requirements:
- Must be Chilliwack, BC Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must have a Chilliwack, BC Green Card or ability to obtain one in 3 months from hire
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of hair styling experience
- Must be comfortable with the use of scalp brushes, rollers, curlers, and other tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with all hair types and textures, including those with hair loss, thinning, coarse hair, fine hair, and scalp-related issues such as scalp infections, dandruff, and/or skin tags
- Must be comfortable with color application for both highlights and balayage as well as highlights that are in-place for darker hair types
- Ability to learn all products offered by New Concept Hair Studio and by other salon brands in order to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
- Other duties as assigned by management or staff member may be required from time-to-time.

Salary: $16.75-$50.00 per hour
