Position Overview
We require a full-time Reservations Coordinator to assist our revenue & sales team in the daily management and success of 11 properties. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall efficiency and revenue growth of our properties.
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
Shifts: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of OTA bookings in PMS by implementing a checks system.
- Work closely with each property’s guest service teams to resolve any reservation related issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist the groups department with inputting group bookings into the PMS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes.
- Respond to group booking inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing the necessary information and assistance.
- Coordinate promotional stays with our marketing team.
- Ensure promotional offers are accurately reflected in the reservation system and align with marketing initiatives.
- Manage staff booking requests.
- Load and update rates, promotions, and packages into the reservations system as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations, guest services, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with online travel agency platforms and practices.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and property management software.
