Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing various projects within our Gummy Nutrition Lab. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative leader who can drive projects to success in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guide project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions.
- Manage project budgets and resources, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource utilization.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned in future projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies within the organization.
- Uphold a strong commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, Engineering, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with a track record of finding innovative solutions to challenges.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards related to the food industry is a plus.
