We are the creators of Liv.Rent, a platform that connects tenants with landlords (check us out at www.liv.rent and in the App store!) Our busy studio is growing and is on the lookout a for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who brings a passion for paid digital marketing resulting in best possible ROI.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Plan and execute successful strategies to acquire, nurture and convert leads into customers

Execute and track our paid campaigns, SEM and remarketing efforts while paying close attention to acquisition metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates

Track, report, and analyze analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

Work heavily with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc.

Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery and expansion

Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns

Conduct A/B Testing, did we mention your new name will be Captain Optimize-us!

Be on the lookout for new trends and strategies and sharing insights with teams

Develop and execute email marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives
-
Create and maintain email marketing calendar that aligns with overall marketing campaign initiatives
-
Segment email subscriber list for targeted and personalized email campaigns
-
Work with the team to set up and manage email automation workflows to future leads, onboard new customers, and re-engage inactive subscribers

Ability to analyze omni-channel strategies to guide users down the marketing funnel
WHAT YOU BRING US:
-
University degree or diploma in Marketing or related field
-
2+ years’ experience in a similar role
-
Understanding of marketing funnel strategies
-
Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns and social ads
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
-
Experience working with email platforms (MailChimp, Bravo, etc.)
-
Having a working understanding of HTML, CSS and basic web design is an asset
-
Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
