RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Health and Safety, this is a dynamic entry-level Administration role designed to utilize your skill set.

Assisting the Director with email communications.

Calendar management (including booking and coordinating calendar events).

Correspondence as a company representative with vendors and sponsors.

Coordination of Community Conference Centre.

Various Community Engagement initiatives including: on site promotions, fundraising, videos, etc.

Drafting and distribution of internal communications as directed by the Director of Marketing and Health and Safety (including but not limited to: policy and memos).

Assisting with Employee Engagement initiatives.

Assisting with Meeting Minutes and distribution.

Assisting with the planning and execution of various community, dealership, employee, fundraising and sales events.

Supporting the Sales Team through various projects as requested through the director of Marketing and Health and Safety.

Administrative support, investigations and follow up with all Health, Safety and Team Kaizen reporting.

Other duties as assigned (some off location tasks and errands may be required with this position).
REQUIREMENTS:
While this is an Entry-Level role, an administrative assistant background is preferred (salary will be determined by qualifications and years of experience).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication skills written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently with strong problem solving skills.

Ability to manage competing deadlines without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail
