Position Title: Global Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary:
In this role, our aim is to develop digital content (video, image, and audio) that not only supports Global Marketing and communications strategies but also aligns with our broader vision. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Establish a centralized content development process to streamline requests and budgets, ensuring efficient tracking and monitoring.
- Utilize project management tools to facilitate collaboration and feedback between internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage Adobe Suite and Content Management Systems for efficient creation and management of digital assets.
- Develop a comprehensive global asset library to improve accessibility and reuse of content.
Global Website and SharePoint:
- Consolidate website management by utilizing WordPress and working closely with business units to maintain and update global and regional websites.
- Gain expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to effectively develop, edit, and manage SharePoint sites.
Global Branding:
- Establish clear brand standards and guidelines for local business units to ensure consistent adherence.
- Manage the Griffith Foods brand hub to centralize and organize brand-related assets.
- Assist in the planning and execution of industry events to promote and reinforce the brand.
Global Marketing Communications Support:
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for the overall global social media and communication strategy.
- Regularly assess analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the global website, intranet site, and social media to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development of communication materials for all global initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Prioritize and address incoming requests and needs of the business in a timely manner.
The Blend - Intranet Site:
- Enhance the functionality and user experience of internal SharePoint sites like "The Blend" through continuous maintenance, training, and support.
- Develop engaging and informative content such as news posts, images, and videos to encourage active participation and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize data and user feedback to continuously optimize the site's functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing (Preferred)
- 4-6 years’ experience in Content Development, Marketing, Communications, or related role.
- Flexibility, adaptation, and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with WordPress, MailChimp, Adobe Suite, Word Press, SharePoint, Content Management Systems, Photography and Video Shooting and Editing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills such as Word and PowerPoint.
