We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mentoring, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, front desk duties, upselling, retail sales, retail math, and hair threading.
Duties:
- Provide hair care services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments
- Perform eyelash extensions, nail care services, and makeup application
- Assist with front desk duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Mentor junior stylists to improve their skills
- Perform hair threading services
Experience:
- Must have a valid cosmetology license
- At least 2 years of experience in a salon environment
- Experience with mentoring junior stylists is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques is a plus
