My House Design/Build Team is an award-winning renovation and custom home company, full-service design/build firm, with our head office located off Fraser Hwy in Surrey, BC. Our growing office team consists of administration, accounting, sales, production management, interior and architectural design services, and marketing.
We are looking for a self-motivated, creative individual, who works well in both a team and individual settings. This individual will fill a full-time Marketing + Media Coordinator position. You will be responsible for coordinating all company marketing platforms ranging from print to web, event marketing, branding, multimedia, sales tools, and social media outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure knowledge of team movements and schedules
· Provide general administrative and marketing support to the Director of Sales & Marketing
· Create, schedule and publish content
· Post planning, write copy and design social assets
· Monitor social channels for trends, then conceptualize how our companies might capitalize on them
· Analyze social media metrics and provide suggestions
· Perform research into our companies industry and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach
· Network on social media on behalf of our companies to improve their account’s awareness
· Support the Marketing Director in developing social media plans and strategy
· Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
· Newsletter & blog post creation
· Maintain and update the My House Design/Build website, with the assistance of an outsourced website development team
· Coordinate staging, photography, and videography of completed renovations and custom homes
· Coordinate events throughout the year including major home shows, small trade shows, open houses and seminars
· Maintain and update all sales materials
· Continue the growth of our social media networking strategies and reach on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Houzz
· Coordinate PR, print advertising and editorial with different print/web publications

· Clear understanding of marketing practices and procedures
· A take-charge person who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve a given objective
· Experience with Microsoft Office, GSuite, Slack, and Canva
· Experience with Monday.Com, Adobe Suite, Mail Chimp, and Word Press is an asset
· Graphic design and video creation experience is an asset
· Must have a valid BC driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
