As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, online visibility, and lead generation. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's online presence and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2 years in digital marketing, preferably in a gaming/tech niche.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, platforms, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement result-oriented digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms such as social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and more.
- Social Media Management: Oversee all social media channels, curating engaging content, increasing followers, responding to inquiries, and monitoring brand sentiment.
- Content Creation and Distribution: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, valuable, and relevant content for different digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive lead generation and achieve specific marketing goals.
- Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and monitoring performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Website Management: Monitor and update website content, user experience, and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and customer retention.
- Analyze and Report: Utilize analytical tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of various digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' strategies to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
