We are currently looking for a cross-functional Operations Coordinator to join BBTV’s Creator Growth team. In this role, you will help drive the rapid growth of ten distinct language based markets. Your daily tasks and special projects will help deliver operational efficiencies to help grow BBTV’s presence globally.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days/week in-office in Downtown Vancouver, BC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing, digital media, social media or entertainment industries, and have skills in organization, written and verbal communication, time management and a customer service driven attitude. Within this role, the candidate must have the ability to coordinate multiple projects, problem solve and work under pressure in a fast-paced media and technology-driven environment. We are looking for a self-driven individual who can manage a wide variety of initiatives and ultimately drive results. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, well-organized, and a strong communicator.

Responsibilities
Participate in project planning with the intention to improve operational efficiency and partner experience across global markets.
Coordinate multiple concurrent projects from conception to completion.
Help develop and coordinate as necessary, social media, website, content claiming, and ad sales strategy across all global markets
You will work closely with market stakeholders across all global markets to deliver additional value to BBTV’s existing partner base
Liaison to additional value-driven opportunities within the different departments at BBTV (e.g. content acquisition, branded entertainment, social media, digital design, marketing, co-production, promotional opportunities, press coverage, direct ad sales etc)
Manage special projects as they arise, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Help coordinate strategic business to business opportunities
Provide expertise in creating documentation and other resources relevant to partners
Provide translation services as necessary to help support the global team
Tracking and analyzing metrics and activities pertaining to the global markets
Help organize virtual and/or in-person meetings and team events
Requirements
3+ years related experience in a project coordination
Solid experience in either online video or project management
Mastery of Office Suite (MS or Google), in particular with Word and Excel
Experience in requirements gathering and project management
A solid understanding of the YouTube platform
A solid understanding of social media
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proven relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work with a diverse group of cultures and people
Ability to track, analyze and manage data and records
Positive attitude
Excellent time management abilities
Strong attention to detail required when dealing with legal documents
Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
