with an eagerness and willingness to learn about our LTE wireless products and provide top-notch support to our customers worldwide. The successful candidate must possess strong
communication skills – particularly listening skills – paying attention to detail, working through support issues with a sense of urgency, and have a team attitude.
Duties:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar end user services support role
Support LTE modem routers and IoT applications
Accept and resolve incoming support issues from customers
Provide technical support to internal customers and Wireless Carriers
Maintain technical support section of our website
Occasionally travel to customer locations to optimize system performance
Document and update customer issues
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
CCNA certification is a plus
Solid understanding of networking is essential
