Position Summary
The Admissions Coordinator will provide support to our Admissions Department and assist the Manager of Admissions and Marketing and Admissions Advisors in day to day activities and special projects. As the first point of contact with our customers you possess exceptional customer service skills and are cheerful, helpful and able to keep many balls in the air. If you are self-motivated, driven to succeed and eager to support a busy educational sales team, this may be the role for you.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Preferably have work experience in an Administrative Assistant role, preferably in a sales environment
- Have strong customer service skills
- Have a strong belief in the value of post-secondary education
- Have exceptionally strong organizational skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have strong leadership/interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people
- Have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluency in French and English is an asset but not a requirement
Experience in education or post-secondary education settings will be considered a strong asset.
