Qui Nous Sommes
Komutel est à la recherche d’un(e) Technicien(nne) support installation pour son bureau de Saint-Georges possibilité de télétravail. Komutel est une entreprise de haute technologie en pleine expansion, qui se spécialise dans le développement et la mise en marché de solutions de télécommunications et d’interopérabilité grandement innovatrices. Sous la supervision du responsable du service à la clientèle, le technicien support technique/service à la clientèle doit répondre aux questions et supporter la clientèle par rapport aux divers logiciels.
Le Rôle
- Installer et configurer les logiciels de Komutel à distance ou directement chez le client
- Analyser et résoudre les problèmes reliés aux mises en route et aux incidents, en recommandant les mesures nécessaires
- Informer le chargé de projet de tout incident ou problème rencontré lors de l’implantation
- Donner les formations nécessaires aux utilisateurs
- Documenter les interventions avec la clientèle
- S’assurer du transfert des informations des projets avec le département de service à la clientèle
Exigences
- Technique en informatique ou toute combinaison étude/expérience pertinente;
- Bilinguisme obligatoire afin de pouvoir communiquer avec nos clients tant francophones qu’anglophones (Canada/USA)
- Connaissance SQL requise
- Disponibilité à voyager (posséder un passeport et un permis de conduire classe 5 valide)
- La connaissance du domaine de la téléphonie et/ou dans le domaine 911 sont des atouts

This position will provide continuous support and exemplary customer service to our incredible public sector clients in their ongoing efforts to best serve our communities.
Komutel is currently looking for an Installation Support Technician for its Saint-Georges office. Komutel is a fast-growing high-tech company specializing in the development and commercialization of highly innovative telecommunications and interoperability solutions. Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the technical support/customer service technician must answer questions and support the customer regarding various software.
The Role
- Install and configure Komutel software remotely or directly at the customer
- Analyze and resolve problems related to start-ups and incidents, recommending the necessary measures
- Inform the project manager of any incident or problem encountered during implementation
- Provide the necessary training to users
- Document interventions with clients
- Ensure the transfer of project information with the customer service department
What You'll Bring
- Computer technology or any relevant study/experience combination
- Mandatory bilingualism to be able to communicate with our French-speaking and English-speaking customers (Canada/USA)
- SQL knowledge required
- Availability to travel (have a passport and a valid class 5 driver's license)
- Knowledge of the telephony field and/or in the 911 field (assets)
