Precision Well Servicing is currently hiring an Equipment Administrator to join our team at our Nisku facility. Our teams have returned to our offices, and remote work is not available for this role.

The Equipment Administrator will play a crucial role in efficiently managing equipment movement, documentation, and reporting by performing the following tasks:
o Receiving, processing, and sharing equipment and vehicle certifications, inspections, permits, licenses, and related files.
o Maintaining vehicle and equipment records that comply with government and company requirements.
o Process equipment inventory reports and update equipment condition and location data.
o Coordinate with field operations to resolve vehicle and equipment data discrepancies.
o Audit vehicle and equipment data systems and files for accuracy and completion.
o Provide data reporting to field operations and management detailing vehicle and equipment data status and details as required.
o Create track and report on maintenance projects
o Generate purchase orders upon request and follow through to close each one according to company standards.
o Administration of driver compliance apps and websites, including user accounts and support.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
Ideally, candidates will have 2 years of office experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerBI reporting is required. Some knowledge of oilfield equipment is considered an asset. The person in this role will have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data, and problem solve independently.
