We are on the hunt for a Digital Engagement & E-commerce Specialist. This dynamic role requires a versatile individual who can manage social media accounts across various portfolios, oversee our retail and e-commerce platforms, design compelling content, and stay abreast of the latest technological trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize social media accounts for diverse portfolios, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Oversee the operations of our retail and e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Design and curate engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Conduct research on emerging tools and technologies to keep our services cutting-edge.
- Engage with clients for sales opportunities, whether over the phone or via email, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications:
