Venue Sales Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution: Take the lead in conceptualizing, planning, and executing exciting events that showcase our brand and products. Ensure all aspects of event logistics are meticulously managed for seamless coordination.
Customer Engagement and Loyalty: Create unforgettable experiences for event attendees that drive customer engagement and foster loyalty to the brand.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new leads for buyouts, and corporate events. Identify and target prospective clients effectively.
Promotional Activities: Spearhead promotional initiatives to raise awareness of buyouts, and corporate events. Utilize various marketing channels to amplify the reach of promotional content.
Social Media Promotion: Craft engaging social media content that highlights catering services, buyouts, and corporate events. Use platforms to showcase the value and uniqueness of these offerings
Marketing Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement creative and engaging social media strategies across various platforms. Ensure that content is generated and that resonates with our target audience, managing the entire online image of the company.
Online Presence Management: Monitor the company's online presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and interaction with the audience across social media channels. Ensure that comments, messages, and reviewsare responded to in a timely and professional manner.
Brand Building and Awareness: Drive brand awareness by interacting with the audience, building a strong online community, and fostering customer engagement. Develop and execute plans to increase the company's visibility and recognition.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Strategize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Create contests and initiatives that captivate the audience, promoting our products and services effectively.
Branding Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer to formulate comprehensive branding briefs that capture the company's essence. Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Visual Content Creation: Coordinate and schedule product photoshoots for high-quality visual content. Use these visuals to enhance marketing materials and convey the brand's story visually.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Derive insights from data to refine strategies, optimize social media content, and increase sales
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
2+ years of experience in event planning and/or marketing
Prior sales experience is a plus.
Passion for craft beer and other badass products offered by the Cambie Malone's Group
Exceptional project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
Killer communication skills that inspire and motivate.
Awesome people interaction skills.
Social media savvy with a talent for creating content that grabs attention.
A fearless attitude and ability to work independently or with a team.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a huge plus
