Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their preferences and offering expert advice on grooming.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and ready for use.

Stay up-to-date with current grooming trends and techniques to provide innovative and modern services.

Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and client relationships.

Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time and providing timely services.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and collaborative work environment.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist with shop maintenance and organization as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Barber.

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive compensation structure with a 50-50 commission split. You will have the opportunity to earn based on your skills and the quality of service you provide.
