Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
Address customer questions, concerns, and technical issues with patience and efficiency.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal departments.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Basic knowledge of IT concepts and technologies is desirable.
