Hair Stylist
Duties:
- Provide a wide range of hair care services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Perform hair extensions, including tape-in, sew-in, and fusion methods
- Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair threading, and nail care
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Upsell salon products and retail items to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Proficiency in eyelash extensions and makeup application
- Familiarity with hair threading and nail care services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell salon products and retail items
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and transactions
- Experience mentoring junior stylists or apprentices
