We seek a Client Relations Coordinator passionate about client satisfaction and team empowerment. As a Client Relations Coordinator at Katigbak Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' needs are met and exceeded while fostering a culture of professional growth within our talented team. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our client relations team, maintaining strong client connections, and driving departmental success through strategic leadership.

A Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with our sales force as a subject matter expert, providing insight into our customized service solutions during client meetings.
Driving Success: Monitor and report on staffing, metrics, and budgeting requirements, playing a pivotal role in departmental success.
Strategic Vision: Aspire to greatness by offering your vision to our esteemed client relations staff, inspiring them to deliver top-notch service.
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Identify any challenges that arise and promptly escalate issues to relevant department managers at Katigbak Technologies, ensuring seamless resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Marketing and social media experience is considered an asset.
Proven experience in sales, client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and report on critical metrics.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Proactive and results-oriented approach.
Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus.
