To help fulfill its mission, LOFT is hiring a, Project Manager: Information Technology (IT)
JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering key IT projects and supporting task prioritization, resourcing and reporting for the IT team. The individual will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and senior management to align IT projects with organizational goals and ensure their successful completion.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Project Management: Use leading project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute and deliver IT projects, engage stakeholders, design and implement change management, and report on project outcomes.

Reporting and Analytics: Deliver and maintain project- and department-related reports to various stakeholders. Design and provide recommendations for new reports to turn data into actionable insights.

Quality Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of IT projects by conducting ongoing analysis, identifying performance gaps and providing improvement recommendations.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient utilization of project resources including personnel, hardware and software.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Must Haves
-
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in IT project management or business analysis
-
Understanding of IT project management, organization, policies, and data structures.
-
Healthcare, public sector, and/or nonprofit experience is an asset.
-
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is an asset.
-
Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle.
-
Proficiency with project management software including Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Jira.

Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
-
Skilled in creating communication material (e.g., reports, presentations, training material) for multiple audiences.
-
Demonstrated experience with process mapping and process improvement.
-
Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills including ability to resolve conflicts, diplomacy, achieve consensus and able to work comfortably with staff and external stakeholders.

Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Experience in risk management, performance measurement and resource allocation.

Familiar with Quality Improvement/Lean principles and methodologies
