The Digital Marketing Specialist is part of a high performing marketing team in the exciting industry of Aesthetic Medicine. The successful candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and will work closely with Brand Managers to plan, create and execute digital campaigns and assets for Clarion Medical’s Aesthetic brands.
The role seeks a confident individual with passion and experience in social media, digital advertising, web development, SEO, and HubSpot. The ideal candidate thrives in a face-pace environment, is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail to assist in execution of marketing initiatives.
The successful applicant will:
Coordinate and execute all aspects of marketing campaigns in HubSpot including the creation of landing pages, emails, forms, paid advertising, and social media
Maintain and manage all aesthetic social media channels
Ongoing management of clarionmedical.com website
Assist in execution of various Marketing initiatives e.g. blog, newsletter, collateral production (brochures sell sheets)
We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:
Post-secondary education in marketing or business is preferred
Experience in a marketing / marketing support role
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Superior organizational ability with extreme attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT);
Adobe experience
Ability to operate under pressure of deadlines
Effective project management skills
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Ability to be proactive with a sense of urgency
Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing
Understanding of marketing principles
Good team player – work collaboratively and effectively as a team member
Strong decision-making and judgment skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills – ability to build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
