The Role:
Join our dynamic sales team as the Sales Coordinator, where you'll play a dual role in streamlining our events and sales logistics. We're on the hunt for a proactive multitasker who can seamlessly manage diverse responsibilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of our events and sales operations.
Responsibilities
Event Coordination:
- Partner with sales and marketing to strategize, plan, and execute Algo's event calendar.
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics, from coordinating with external teams and vendors to ensuring timely shipments and deliveries.
- Ensure readiness of event materials, including products, banners, promotional items, and presentations.
- Pre-test and set up product demonstrations, collaborating with the engineering team for optimal product functionality.
- Administer event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Handle event registrations, guest lists, and communication with attendees.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for Algo's event representatives.
- Post-event, collate feedback and assess event success, suggesting areas of enhancement.
Sales Logistics Coordination:
- Maintain and update customer databases, supporting the sales team.
- Organize sales meetings, from scheduling to tech setup.
- Act as the bridge between Algo's Sales and Logistics teams, ensuring timely product deliveries.
- Generate periodic sales reports and aid in sales forecasting.
